The GoGeomatics Back to School Socials Are Just around the Corner!
Over the past month, we’ve been spreading the word about the Back to School Socials to the geomatics community over email, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meetup, and even putting posters up around town! We’ve had an incredible response from geomatics students, professors, graduates, and professionals across Canada. Everyone’s excited to celebrate the new school year together at the GoGeomatics Back to School Socials.

We wanted to hold this social in honour of Canadian geomatics students for two reasons:
- It’s never too early in your career to start networking
- Networking doesn’t have to be boring!
Our monthly socials take place in pubs across the country – it gives people the chance to network in a casual, laid-back environment, while enjoying a drink and a great atmosphere. At the Back to School Social, you’ll enjoy free snacks, meet some great people, plus have the chance to win door prizes!
For those of you who attend the socials in Calgary and Edmonton, you’ll also receive a $10 off voucher for our upcoming Alberta Career Seminars.
