Mary Jo Wagner is a Vancouver-based freelance writer with 30 years experience in covering geospatial technology. I’m the former editor of GEOEurope magazine (now Geo:connexion). I have three decades of experience in covering the geospatial technologies, including mobile mapping, GIS, satellite imagery, aerial surveying, hyperspectral thermal imaging, GNSS, drones, surveying, object based image analysis (OBIA) software, LiDAR, photogrammetry and laser scanning. And I’ve written about a host of sectors including AEC, navigation and transport, agriculture, aviation, telecoms, utilities, local government, retail, archeology, urban planning, mining, and the environment.
