SUMMARY:The 72nd Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association of Geographers
DESCRIPTION:The Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at X* University is pleased to extend an invitation to the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association of Geographers\, which will run virtually from May 30 to June 3\, 2022. \nThe CAG 2022 meeting is an opportunity to connect with fellow geographers on topics of interest! There are several ways that you can get involved in the conference\, including: \n\nPaper presentations\nPoster displays\nThesis proposal presentations\nRoundtables and Panels\n\n  \nPaper\, Poster\, and Thesis Proposal Presentations: Those wishing to present their research are invited to submit an abstract here. Abstracts should be 250 words or less\, and include a complete list of authors\, as well as up to five keywords. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: April 15\, 2022. \nThere have been a number of sessions already organized: \n\nUrban Geography – Research and Practice\nSpecial Sessions Related to Economic Geography\nGeographies of Health and Health Care\nTimes of Displacement\nEnvironment and Resources Study Group (ERSG) Special Session\nGeospatial Data Science\nGeographies of Asia\nInternational Migration in disruptive times: challenges\, recovery\, and renewal\nSpatial statistical analytics for environmental modelling\n\nMore information on these sessions can be found here. If one of the sessions is of interest of you\, please feel free to contact the session organizers! \nSpecial Sessions\, Roundtables\, Panels: Those wishing to organize special sessions can submit a proposed session here.
