DESCRIPTION:From October 18th to October 21st\, the international community of experts in BIM and digital transformation in the built asset industry will meet at the buildingSMART International Summit in Montreal\, Quebec\, Canada to address how to drive digital transformation to facilitate resilience in the built asset industry through international collaboration. Hosted by buildingSMART International\, buildingSMART Canada & Groupe BIM du Quebec\, and held for the first time since 2014 in North America\, this international summit will hold several conferences\, demonstrations\,\nand exhibitions. \nREGISTER NOW \nAn anticipated 600 participants from around the world\, across Canada and throughout Quebec will meet\, exchange and develop on a number of subjects relating to open standards\, openBIM® and the harmonization of processes and approaches for information modeling in the industries that design\, build\, construct and maintain built assets. The accelerating pace of digitalization provides an unprecedented opportunity to rethink how we design\, deliver and maintain the built environment in the face of increasing pressures on our planet’s resources and the growing climate crisis.
