SUMMARY:The Earth Archive Virtual Congress
DESCRIPTION:The Earth Archive is an emerging conservation initiative that is revolutionizing the fight against the climate crisis. By scanning the planet’s land surface with very high resolution lidar\, the Earth Archive will create a true three-dimensional digital twin of our world — an open source\, digital record of the Earth that will reflect the landscape exactly as it was at the time of scanning. With this endeavor\, the Earth Archive is positioned to provide geospatial data that will serve as the baseline for understanding and exploring our world. \nThe Congress will connect researchers\, students\, NGOs\, stakeholders\, indigenous groups\, governmental officials\, and corporate interests to become partners in this groundbreaking effort. Expanding the global Earth Archive community in this way encourages all levels of society to collaborate on a project that could prove fundamental to a solution for climate change. Join us for this hybrid event to become part of this unprecedented initiative.

SUMMARY:Reimagining the Supply chain landscape through Location Intelligence
DESCRIPTION:With the new way of life and changing norms during and post pandemic\, businesses and companies are striving to improve their operational efficiencies to provide customer satisfaction. With COVID-19’s immediate impact on the supply chain and logistics industry\, companies are now trying to ‘redefine’ the management of the entire supply chain model. In today’s digital era\, it is imperative for companies to reimagine the relationships with suppliers to promote partnerships as opposed to traditional supply relationships and give rise to innovation. It is crucial to understand the requirements from first mile to the last mile deliveries in a supply chain model. Within this context\, digital technologies such as location intelligence (LI)\, AI\, IoT\, blockchain and machine learning is being used to promote visibility\, tracking\, and forecasting of the products. Thus\, LI becoming an integral part of business across the supply chain and logistics is no exception.
