The disruption presented by the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented in our lifetimes. GeoIgnite will not take place in June of this year but be postponed.

With news of the pandemic evolving daily, GoGeomatics Canada has made the decision to wait prior to deciding between the following two options.

Option 1: To delay the event to the fall of 2020.

Option 2: Postpone until 2021.

GeoIgnite is an annual event in Ottawa. So we will continue in the future as an important part of the Canadian geospatial ecosystem. On behalf of the GeoIgnite committee, we look forward to moving ahead at a future date.
