Eric Purdie is an instructor of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Algonquin College. Eric specializes in creating high-quality activities for use in class to help students learn the skills they need. He holds a master’s degree and an Advanced Diploma in GIS Applications from Vancouver Island University. His experience includes 10 years of working in the geomatics field, including working as a visiting scientist at Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).
