Paul Barker
Paul Barker is originally from Nova Scotia and has a Bachelor's degree in Geology with an advanced diploma in GIS from the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS). Paul has been working in the spatial world for over 12 years, both in the public and private sector. He has always been passionate about technology and GIS, with a particular interest in field workflows. Up until recently, Paul was the product owner for Collector for ArcGIS at ESRI. Missing seasons and snow, Paul recently left sunny California behind and returned to Canada where he has gone back to his roots as a consultant with Dillon Consulting in Ottawa. He is helping organizations migrate and embrace all of the new and exciting changes happening in our industry.
