Spencer is an active member in the remote sensing community as the regional Vice President of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) as well as being a regular guest speaker at Simon Fraser University’s remote sensing classes. He is currently an aerial sensor operator and image processor in Richmond British Columbia.
