2022 Indigenous Mapping Workshop – Edmonton

After the success of the second virtual Indigenous Mapping Workshop, we are very excited to announce the launch of 2022IMW: Alberta. Happening in November 2022, this will be our first hybrid event with programming both online and in-person. After two years of virtual events, this year’s Indigenous Mapping Workshop will be focused on building connections and reinstating relationships through in-person engagements. The safety of our attendees is our highest priority, and all local health and safety protocols will be followed. For anyone unable to attend in-person, IMW programming will also be available online. Our goal is to give Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island the tools and training they need to share their stories.
