GeoIgnite is the premier brand for “Geo” leadership and Trade Show events in Canada. Organized and hosted by GoGeomatics we are the platform for sharing ideas, engaging the sector, business development and sustaining and growing the community. These events highlight the integration between the built environment, advanced airborne/terrestrial technologies, and commercial 3D technologies, surveying, earth observation, and mapping. Supported by the Canadian professional community for over a decade GoGeomatics is a thriving network of over 5,000 members from coast to coast.

Back to School Socials

Description: The Back to School socials are where we welcome new and returning students to the geomatics community in Canada. For many, this is the first time they get to interact with professionals and senior people in our industry. The socials are fun free networking events supported by the the community.

Canada’s National Geomatics Expo

Description: Founded on the idea of community, this event welcomes everyone that is leveraging geospatial data and technology. It is a gathering of thought-leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, companies, government and education programs that encourages learning and collaboration.
The Expo includes a trade show floor, speaking programs, panels, workshops and more. The GoGeomatics Expo returns in 2025 for its third year, promising to be even bigger as it continues to blossom into a world-class event.
