New Brunswick Welcomes the World to New Reality Capture Tech This August 23 to 25

The University of New Brunswick Offsite Construction Research Centre (OCRC) and Canadian Society for Civil Engineering present a specialty conference, “Transforming Construction with Reality Capture Technologies,” to the world this August 23 to 25, 2022. 

This first of its kind conference will be held at the Wu Conference Centre, UNB, in Fredericton, New Brunswick. It will host presentations of relevant industry case studies, pre-reviewed papers, and state-of-the-art- technologies and reality capture practices, as well as the following:

  • New and emerging technology
  • AI and machine learning use
  • Surveying
  • Activity and resource tracking
  • Reality capture integration with modern technologies
  • Laser scanning to BIM integration
  • Inspection
  • Assessment
  • Monitoring
