Alexander Verbeek, Policy Director at The Environment and Development Resource Centre, will be honored for his outstanding contributions in the field of environmental policy and global sustainability. A leading advocate for addressing climate change through informed policy, Alexander has been a driving force in shaping global conversations on climate issues. Larger Picture, Strategy Award: Taylor Geospatial Institute

The Taylor Geospatial Institute will be recognized for its exceptional strategic vision in advancing geospatial science across Canada. Under the dynamic leadership of Executive Director Dr Nadine Alameh, in just one year since its launch, TGI has become a key player in transforming the geomatics landscape.
