- Currently enrolled in a University or College program with a focus on Geographic Information Systems or related field.
- Familiarity with Esri tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise) is an asset.
- Strong interest in technology, spatial analysis, and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for automation.
- Knowledge of Esri mobile apps (Field Maps, Survey123) and advanced extensions (Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst).
- Prepare and deliver spatial information products using industry-leading GIS tools.
- Perform location-based analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in developing and supporting Desktop, Mobile, and Web GIS applications using Esri technologies.
- Compile spatial datasets from sources such as GPS, LiDAR, census data, and satellite imagery.
- Create reports and visualizations based on spatial data.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with internal clients to understand project needs.
