SUMSF 2023 Workshop Introduces The Geoff Zeiss Urban Infrastructure Mapping Fund

Geoff Zeiss devoted over 30 years of his life to the Geospatial and global community.

Geoff Zeiss devoted his life to the Geospatial Industry and beyond, for over 30 years.  He focused on the construction and utility sectors, as well as mapping underground infrastructure and other projects. Before his sudden passing in September 2022, he had set the Geoff Zeiss Urban Infrastructure Mapping Fund in motion. The SUMSF Conference is determined to keep his memory alive.

During SUMSF 2023, you can get involved in the workshop Geoff Zeiss Urban Infrastructure Mapping Fund: Co-designing the way forward with the community. Join this engaging workshop on May 17, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m Eastern Time Zone.

The focus of this workshop takes a unique approach by inviting the global community, through the SUMSF Conference, to assist in developing strategies, projects, objectives, resources and people needed to continue the  vision and legacy of Geoff Zeiss.

The workshop will start with a brief overview of the program and move into engaging the workshop participants. Community priorities and other specific opportunities will be addressed so the program can continue in the future.

There will be three speakers for this workshop. Jon Murphy, Managing Director of GoGeomatics, Professor Stephen Fai, and Professor Peter Pulisifer will collaborate with participants.

Thank you to our SUMSF 2023 Sponsors.
