QGIS Basics (Installation & Project Setup) with Eric Purdie Webinar

Take part in a GeoTech Rapid in QGIS Basics (installation and Project Setup) on May 2, 2023, from 1 pm to 2 pm. Your trainer will be Eric Purdie, EBP Geospatial Consulting Inc.,Teaching Assistant. This workshop is part of the GeoTech Training Program.

You will learn how to install QGIS plugins and how to setup a QGIS project using the properties menu option. You will also learn how to define a coordinate system and re-project datasets.

In this workshop, you will need the following software and plugins: QGIS or Semi-Automatic Classification and Whitebox tools. Datasets will be Canvec series datasets.
