Are you ready to embark on a journey into the dynamic world of Geographical Information Systems (GIS)? Join us for the upcoming conference, “The Ever-Shifting Landscape: Adapting to Change Using GIS,” where professionals, researchers, and GIS enthusiasts will converge to explore the latest trends, innovations, and strategies in the ever-evolving field of GIS.

Political and policy change is happening all around us, sometimes at alarming rates. GIS can be the backbone to help guide decisions that affect us all and needs to be involved from day 1, before it’s too late. GIS can help facilitate policy decisions (for example, housing densification) using the knowledge and power that it contains. Speakers will dive into real-world examples of how they are using GIS to help their governments build policy and make decisions.

Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time. At this conference, we’ll delve into the realm of GIS applications focused on climate resilience and adaptation. Witness how GIS technologies empower decision-makers to monitor and manage the impacts of climate change, fostering adaptive strategies for a sustainable future.

As GIS technologies advance, so do the ethical considerations. Participate in conversations about privacy, data ownership, and the responsible use of geospatial information. Be part of the dialogue on ensuring that GIS is a force for good, with ethical principles guiding every step.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with GIS experts, thought leaders, and fellow enthusiasts. Register now to secure your spot at “The Ever-Shifting Landscape: Adapting to Change Using GIS” conference. Let’s explore, learn, and adapt together as we navigate the exciting terrain of GIS.
