Nominations Are Open: New Awards Program at Canada’s National Geomatics Expo

We are excited to announce the debut of a new awards program at this year’s Canada’s National Geomatics Expo, taking place in Calgary from October 28th to the 30th, 2024. The event returns to the Calgary Stampede.

Nominate Individuals, Companies or Organization’s

The awards program aims to recognize and honor standout achievements in the geomatics field, spotlighting individuals and companies who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and forward-thinking. When we talk baout geomatics we are talking about a big tent. Anything related to location technologies and the science of “where” are great.

Celebrating Excellence in Geomatics

Our community is the driving force behind the dynamic field of geomatics, pushing boundaries and impacting industries across Canada and internationally. To acknowledge this, we’ve established a variety of award categories that reflect the diverse expertise and outstanding contributions of our professionals.

Award Categories for This Year:

  • Game Changer Award
  • Innovation Award
  • Thought Leadership Award
  • Public Sector Focus Award
  • Strategy and Leadership Award

These awards will be decided by the GoGeomatics advisory committee, supplemented by input from leading industry experts.

Nominations for next year’s awards are now open. Please fill out our online Google Form to submit your nominations.
