I’m a Geoscientist and recent SAIT GIS graduate. I’ve lived all over western Canada and worked a wide range of jobs in diverse industries. What I love the most about GIS is its diverse application. Almost any problem in any industry can benefit from applying GIS - whether it’s a complex spatial analysis, or just a simple map (people love maps!). I especially love finding the hidden stories within data and displaying it in ways that are engaging and memorable. Southwest Alberta holds a special place in my heart, as my family has deep roots in Waterton Lakes National Park.
