Join us at the GoGeomatics Back to School Cross-Canada Socials this September

To kick off the new school year, GoGeomatics is welcoming everyone to our Canada-Wide Back to School Socials this September. We encourage new and returning students to come out to this free event and enjoy a much-needed study-break. Mingle with students from other programs, industry professionals, and managers. The Canadian geomatics community is close-knit, and these socials are a great way to build up contact for co-op placements, internships, and jobs. Not a student? That’s okay, you’re invited too! Come out, meet some students and help welcome them into the industry. We would love to see people from all areas of geomatics like GIS, remote sensing, and surveying at this community event.

The GoGeomatics Back to School Socials will mark the start of a brand new season for GoGeomatics socials across Canada with the help of our sponsors, Esri Canada, Geospatial Advancement Canada 2015, and the Canadian Remote Sensing Society. Across Canada, we are expecting approximately 200 geomatics folks coming together from coast to coast, in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Niagara, Ottawa, and Halifax.
