Join Us for the AGG Edmonton GoGeomatics December Social

Another year is nearly over, and we’re inviting everyone in the Edmonton area to celebrate the season at our December Social with a great group of geomatics folks!

We’re pleased to announce that the Alberta Geomatics Group is sponsoring this month’s Edmonton social. Join us for a casual evening with free food, good company, and a fun night out. “Following the recent success of the Geomatics Education Symposium and GIS Day events that have been held by the Alberta Geomatics Group (AGG), we are excited to sponsor a social event for the Edmonton Community,” says Brad Ashley, President of the AGG. “Although the AGG has taken a break from luncheons in the Edmonton area, we continue to promote Geomatics in the region through social events, sponsorships and the GeoAlberta Conference. Please come celebrate the holiday season with the AGG and GoGeomatics!”

Edmonton dec social

As many of you know, Edmonton is our newest Social community. The first Edmonton Social took place last spring, and it’s been so much fun watching it grow and meeting so many great new people along the way!

We believe that networking should be fun and stress-free. That’s why we hold these casual, free networking events each month in pubs across Canada. We encourage anyone with an interest in geomatics, GIS, remote sensing, or surveying, to come out – whether you’re a student, job seeker, or professional.

Not in Edmonton? Take a look at our other socials taking place this month, all across Canada!

GoGeomatics thanks the AGG for sponsoring this social:
