Calgary GoGeomatics Expo 2023 Presents: Fast Pitches!

The GoGeomatics expo in Calgary is pleased to announce an exciting new activity for the national expo.

GoGeomatics Expo 2023 Presents: Fast Pitches!

Got a cool geomatics product, service, student project, or academic/science research project/paper? Pitch it to a select panel of geomatics press and industry experts at the GoGeomatics Expo held in Calgary, November 6-8 2023.

Top picks will have their pitch written up as an online article published and promoted by GoGeomatics.

You’ll have 3 minutes to make your presentation, with 2 minutes of questions from the panel. You can present a PowerPoint, do a live demonstration, or just do your best “standup pitch.” This will be a fun way to practice your best rapid-fire pitch, inform the audience, and get a chance for broader exposure in the geomatics/geospatial community.

Heading up this effort is Gavin Schrock.  Gavin is a well-known writer, consulting editor and geomatics expert.

If you are interested in being a judge for this fun event please get in touch with the expo by using our contact form here.

Stay tuned for how to register and pitch your idea to our panel.  If you have not done so already sign up to receive news and updates on the expo here. Expo Updates
