Toronto 2017: 6th Annual York Geomatics Career Fair

It’s quite amazing to see the kind of foundation that a few students can create with a goal in mind. Over the last 6 years, the Geomatics Club At York University has done so. Our goal is to spread the knowledge about what geomatics is, and the incredible work you can do with this knowledge. We have reached out to not only to students at York University by engaging in related activities, but also to potential future surveyors and engineers. We hope to expand our efforts even further into the surrounding community. GeomaticsCareerFair

Our Geomatics Career Fair gives students the opportunity to network with companies and gain experience through co-ops or internships. Companies have also been able to develop relationships with one another. It has only gotten better since our first Career Fair. Last year we had an attendance of over 150 students and several well known companies and associations. As a sneak peak, we have J.D. Barnes Limited, as well as EXP Geomatics Inc joining us this year.

Time: 10 AM – 4 PM
Location: York University 4700 Keele Street,  Room 125 Bergeron Centre 11 Arboretum Ln, North York, ON M3J 1P3
