Learn about Strategic planning and business case as the basis for GIS projects, choosing and prioritizing projects, defining scope, purpose, and context, work plan preparation, Estimating/assigning resources, Project tracking, status reporting, and communications, Managing procurements in projects, and other essential practices to be successful in GIS project planning and management.

The course is set to provide tools to launch and execute projects, and key action methods, which will allow you to deliver results on time and within budget. While showing examples of use, the course will explain methods and concepts for all types of organizations.
