Phase One Industrial and SimActive, Inc. Announce Integrated Software Solution

COPENHAGEN and MONTREAL April 22, 2015 –Phase One Industrial, a leading manufacturer and provider of medium format aerial and industrial digital photography equipment, and SimActive Inc., a world-leading developer of photogrammetry software have announced an integrated software solution for aerial photogrammetry projects.

SimActive’s Correlator3DTM version 6.1 software can read and process both the GPS and IMU information directly from Phase One Industrial cameras’ image files as well as system information such as the sensor pixel size and lens focal length. Since such metadata is carried with the images, there is no need for further processing of files.

“With our integrated solution, users can take images directly from the Phase One system and import them into Correlator3DTM. With the GPS/IMU data automatically extracted from the metadata, users avoid having to import the information separately, ensuring the utmost efficiency and accuracy. We are proud to be a provider of such a unique solution for Phase One users,” said Philippe Simard, President of SimActive.

“We are pleased that a high-quality resource like SimActive’s Correlator 3DTM is available for our customers; we are committed to providing flexible solutions to help our customers get results they can trust,” said Dov Kalinski, General Manager, Phase One Industrial.
